Every VELISA JEWELRY piece is made to order. Production takes 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of production.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada only.

Delivery estimates

United Kingdom: 3 business days production plus 5 business days delivery, about 8 business days in total. Shipping is free.

United States: 3 business days production plus 10 business days delivery, about 13 business days in total. Shipping is free.

Canada: 3 business days production plus 5 business days delivery, about 8 business days in total. Shipping is £15.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Duties and taxes

We cover customs duties and related taxes on your order, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
